About This video:-
In this video I have shared you the recipe of making very tasty healthy green chicken pulao.
ingredients:-
.600 gm chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
5-6 green chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
15 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
.50 gm mint
.100 gm fresh coriander
.100 gm boil spinach
1 Onion
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Desi ghee
whole spice

This is very common in bangalore, it's called "donne biriyani".We prefer this type more than hyderabadi here.

Very nice recipe. Coincidentally this is very similar to how I make chicken / mutton pulao. But I have never added spinach. Instead I use coriander leaves, pueina and dill leaves. That also comes out very well with nice fragrance. Thank you. I will try with palak
