Hmmmm he would be a very interesting bond! I think he could pull it off if the movie itself was good enough but I don't think he could pull off a generic bond movie it would need to be very different.

This was exactly my thoughts on why he would be a great choice : he has shown he can handle the darker side that the newest Bond films have been revealing, but he also has great comedic chops, too. He'd definitely be able to create a most charismatic yet distanced 007. His elegant yet chiseled good looks, too, will not work against him.

Well its confirmed that the creator will make 2 more seasons, 6 and 7. But after peaky Blinders he is also planning to make some sort of spin off or prequel to peaky Blinders, so the show in a way will be going for another couple of years most likely, which is exciting.

Cillian Murphy is a truly incredible actor. He has a striking presence that is not "typical" hollywood - which will allow him to play a wide range of roles. Luckily, he has the ability to inhabit just about any character (look at the range between his Peeky Blinders role vs his "wife" role in Peacock). A truly world class talent who I hope never becomes complacent in his work as his fame grows. I am a true fan of the arts and CM is well on his way to becoming a master of his art. Neverman

This is one of the best Cillian interviews i have ever seen, Cillian is so comfortable (i noticed he comfortable at interview when he joins it at home. maybe he doesn't like to go outdors for interviews), he answered to all questions properly, he gave long answers which means he is not iritated with them😍 Loved questions, finally you asked smth different👏🏼

I love so much to hear him I could spend my whole life hearing his voice and all of his interviews, that is really a great time for me. Cillian is awesome, he is a tremendous actor, he is so natural, he is a simple man and this is what I like the most of him and he is so amazing, I am brazilian and can understand perfectly what he says.Thanks very much for sharing this, that was really fantastic !!! I am a Peaky Blinders' freak and of course a Cillian Murphy' s freak as well.

The questions kept coming one after the other I thought it would go on for hours ( and wished it had) - you were fantastic and asked all the Q's I wanted like...about Grace and the tattoos and S4 and the " I'm going to buy a horse and have it trained" comment. Great interview, thanks ! Cillian gave us some really cool insights about Tommy and I can't hardly wait for series 4 premiere after the amazing cliffhanger that was series 3's finale, it's gonna be a long wait. Also, sidenote, all of the cast is just so talented, it's a joy to watch them bring these character to life and I'm really heartbroken about Grace's passing. I just loved how her and Tommy had this deep understanding of each other.

soooo upset at the abrupt, rubbish ending of Grace. She was soo good in Series 1 but was reduced to a needing, pointless character in the others. Wish they hadn't bought her back to be honest. Won't be watching anymore, they were the ones that kept me watching.

Yes..I think that director made big a mistake by removing Grace character. I mean...people loved and still love her character. As we can hear in this interview...they ask about her...they know that she's dead, it's a fact, but Steven Knight left people with a deep hole in thier hearts and I understand it, because I watched whole series waiting for Tommy and Grace moments, waiting for them to be together and happy. I think it's a brutal move to present wedding in one episode and bride's death in the second one, just unforgivable. I don't know...they could kidnap her, hurt...whatever, but I can't stand, that she was killed. I used to lose my favourite characters, but I still hate this feeling.

It's pretty hard to watch Cillian give these thorough and interesting insights then to have the interviewer respond just with "Hmm" then move straight on to the next question. The interviewer was probably just trying to ask as many as possible, which I appreciate, but a more conversational tone would've been lovely

When he gets a script, he knows if he can do this or not, its clear... and this things are completely normal for an actor. btw I know only 1 interview (its about Scarecrow film 1973), there he`s wearing no ring ^^ they are together since 1996 around, so they happy together in good and bad times .... ^^

Awesome show. Just finished binge watching the whole series. Great writing , directing , cinematography, music, and of course great cast. Cillian Murphy is a gem. And nice to hear the actor is still true toTheatre , very rare these days. Most actors are narcissists....can't wait for season 5. ....great interview and quite funny too !

May is a good woman but I am not really interested in their romance. They dont seem to be in love quite well 😆😆 yeahh.. Thommy can be a bad guy who randomly play with women but rarely utters a proposal to a woman. However, in the first season, he suddenly confessed how he wanted Grace to be a part of the family and yeah.. forbidden love is interesting. I think the chemistry of Thomny and Grace is just so strong because they re supposed to be enemies but end up being in love so baaad..

Episode 5 of Series 3 is just brilliant... From the moment Tommy and Johnny Dogs are talking in the garden, to Tommy meeting Alfie in the drawing room and their dialogue, very Derek and Clive. And Tommy, John and Arthur stood outside Wilderness House about to meet Tatiana which included the superb couple of lines or so from Tommy... " Alright boys... Just remember, they are fucking insane, and Dangerous. And have drunk on stuff we have never heard of and they are worse than us for spirits and ghosts.... "

I wished I did not watch this...I am currently on Season 3, Ep 4 😩 Still looking forward to watch the remainder of the Season! The entire cast, and of course, Cillian Murphy have done a super job! (Persuaded me!!!) Loved this interview! WAIT, did CM state he doesn't smoke, drink whiskey, and never rode a horse? LOVE EVEN MORE! HAHA
