WHO WE ARE:
We are Christina, Katherine, Lisa, Amy, and Lauren Cimorelli, 5 sisters originally from Northern California who are now based in Nashville, TN. We grew up singing in a big family of 11 children and our mom, a classical pianist, taught us to sing in harmony when we were kids. We got our start in musical theatre productions, doing classical pieces in the church choir and performing barbershop harmonies at nursing homes for the elderly (back then our grandma was our agent).
In 2009, when Christina was 18 years old and Lauren was 10 years old, we posted a cover of us singing Party In The USA that ended up going viral. From that video, we were discovered by a manager in London, and shortly after signed with Universal Music Group under Island Records. We moved to Los Angeles in 2010, where we lived and worked in the L.A. pop music world for 5 years, before getting extremely burnt out. We realized a major label deal wasn’t for us, left our label and moved to Nashville, TN, looking for a new start. In 2015, we officially became Nashville-based, independent artists.
Since then, we have written and released 5 albums of original music, toured all over the U.S., South America, and Europe, performed at festivals in Germany, Spain and the Philippines, wrote a book, Believe In You: Big Sister Stories and Advice on Living Your Best Life, started a podcast (The Cimorelli Podcast) and reached over 1 billion views on our KZfaq channel. Currently, the 5 of us sisters are embarking on new journeys of marriage and starting our own families (Christina, Katherine and Lisa), and figuring out life as twenty-somethings (Lauren and Amy).
Our goal with our KZfaq channel is to constantly challenge ourselves to grow creatively, and to make videos and music that is positive, uplifting and innovative. Our Christian faith guides our decisions, and we will always create content that is family friendly, while not being afraid to touch on topics that we believe are important, such as mental health and personal growth. This is my friend Michelle’s favorite song. She had a seizure and actually died before being brought back just after the start of worship at a celebrate recovery service on Friday. They had asked me to sing but I couldn’t, so instead of me, it was a nurse who saved her life. Praise God, but she has a long road to recovery. Please pray for my friend.

He knows what your capable of and He sees your pain, even though it seems impossible and God is the one you want to blame just remember He loves you soooooooo much and always always provides! I had something of a Way Maker, miracle worker, moment myself! This might as well be one my favorite Cimorelli covers, because I'll never know how or why, but a Way Maker and a miracle worker set me back on a path where I was struggling, I never stopped trying my best at my job that I love, but some miracle worker finally came and unlocked something in me! day by day it brought me back to my old energetic self that I thought was fading! Now it's all back! my confidence, my energy, my ability to focus better and eat better and even tapped in to my self-taught martial arts training that Ive been working on for a while, so yeah what a god miracle!

I love that all 5 of them have absolutely nailed the emotion of this cover while keeping the arrangement fairly simple. Also not exactly sure why, but I liked Christina's belt/higher notes better in C (first key), but I liked Amy's higher notes better in D (second key/post-key change)

If I may share this :) Recently, I've been feeling like I'm running away from whatever touches my spirituality. I'm still serving at church but I've treated it more like a routine than real Service. And I would like to say "Thank you" to you guys for posting this cover. I'm a regular subscriber and I watch all your videos, and because of that, I came upon a song about something that I veered off from but really have to face.
