The Cincinnati Fire Department responded to multiple calls of smoke showing from a vacant warehouse on Arlington Street in Camp Washington. Initial arriving crews attempted to go interior but conditions inside were too hazardous. The fire was fought defensively with multiple ladder pipes and hand lines in operation on three exposures. Crews were on scene for several hours extinguishing the massive fire. This was the largest fire in Cincinnati since the Queen City Barrel fire in 2004.
