It takes two to cheat. He is bad enough but that b*&ch that he cheated with knew he was married with a child, she should have backed off regardless if she had feelings for him or not. Married means unavailable regardless if he is happy or not. Divorce first then you are free to move on. What really irritated me was when she moved on and was happy he felt that he wanted her back and her mother tried to force it!
