Cindy's being kicked off Happy Doggo Land!
After an incredible start with her weightloss, Thailand's fattest street dog has hit a weightloss plateau. She lost 10kg but that's slowed down considerably, even with thyroid medication and a special diet. Someone's been sneaking her treats...
So she's gone to live with Lana who is a personal trainer and has the willpower to resist those gorgeous eye. (Or so she claims 👀)
This way, Cindy can complete her weightloss journey and get on her way to her new forever home. We'll miss seeing her everyday on the land but it's not forever and we know Lana will keep us updated on her progress...

This is the biggest act of love, for the love of CINDY and best by Cindy. I had not realised it was a thyroid issue unerpinning the excess weight. When Cindy reaches her healthy weight she will be so much the more happier and will use her food intake so she can run and enjoy being a dog, it must have been so confussing for her to experience being fed too much the very thing she had been saved from. I salute you Niall and Lana and company. I will miss seeing Cindy and her turbo happy tail doing circles of joy, but end goal a forever home her own family, and endless love. 🐕😇👼🏆🎖️🏅🥇💖💝⚖️

Niall, you are so loving 💖that you are prioritizing Cindy's health, you've figured out what the obstacle has been & yr taking the necessary action. I rescued an overweight dog Cindy's size. Larger dogs always hv the added concern of developing hip dysplaysia/arthritis, joint & back problem fm standing & walking carrying extra weight. Once the damage takes hold it becomes even more difficult to lose weight. Swimming would be gentle & help her burn extra calories while reducing stress on her joints. Running is efficient, but it causes way more joint & back stress; It would be challenging to be on thyroid meds & then need arthritis med too. It is so obvious that Cindy regards you as her savior, I really hope that you will give us regular updates throughout, I'm sure it wasn't an easy decision.❤🥰
