In this C4D tutorial we'll walk the line between the organic and the synthetic, and create a realistic wood material using nothing but Redshift's procedural nodes. Literally no image textures will be used to get this look.
This material will be based on the Mod node to achieve the signature wood-rings, and then layer up details on top of it to get the most detailed and realistic look possible.
Again, we'll going to test the limits of Redshift's node system and see how realistic and organic we can get with nothing but math and creativity.
