Maybe they are saving a baby Bingo episode (via flashback) for an occasion. Like say a friend of Bluey's just got a new baby in the family, and Chili tells Bluey the story when Bingo was born. Or Chili & Bandit are gonna have another baby, and Bingo was feeling down because she's no longer the "baby" of the family, so Bluey told Bingo how she felt when she was becoming a big sister for the first time.

I personally don't think Bingo is adopted because she has the coloration of her mom but the fur pattern of her dad. I think the similarities of Bingo and Brandy is because Brandy is Bingo's aunt. Sometimes more genes get passed on from your aunt instead of your mom so this could explain why she looks like Brandy. I personally think Bingo looks more like her mom than Brandy.

Children can look like aunts! Just because she looks like Brandee doesn’t mean she’s adopted. Children can look like cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. etc. and it doesn’t mean they are he parents.

They would certainly claim them, but "making" kids is very specific language used almost exclusively by birthing parents.

Judging by the way this cartoon show but don't tell about these characters I'm starting to believe this could be true. From the game they we're playing in the episode to keep Bingo and Bluey away from each other for the moment (Bluey and Chili hiding in the bathroom) so Brandy can play with Bingo in the backyard, to it's been 4 years since Brandy seen Chili and Bingo is 5 years old now in season 3 so that would mean Bingo would had to be 1 when Chili adopted Bingo if this is the case. But until anything is confirmed in anyway I believe Brandy may be Bingo's real mum at this point and this was just a way for Brandy to see and play with Bingo.
