Our first weekend in Italy was a long-anticipated adventure for us. We made our way to the Mediterranean coast to explore the small towns of the Cinque Terre. On Saturday, after a number of train rides we went through Riomaggiore and Manarola. That evening we spent the night in a wonderful bungalow in Manarola. On Sunday morning we were off again to continued our adventure with the remaining three towns. I made a separate video of them to keep each shorter. All of these little towns date back to the Roman times and have a long history in farming on terraced hills and fishing. Today they seem to have added tourism to they business. There were a lot of people who came for exploration, lunch, and a coffee in one of many little outside cafes. What a great weekend we had here. The Cinque Terre is a definite must see for any Italian vacation.
