circumference 360 degree Formula C = 2 x 3.14 x r , solve the problem you can get Straight line length , For Inner Diameter you must reduce the thickness of steel plate For eg: ( 3.1 Mtr Fuel tank ) 3100 mm Diameter / Mild steel plate thickness = 8mm C = 2 X 3.14 x 1550 = 9738.9mm Straight Line Length = 9.73 Mtr Inner Diameter = 9688mm (9.68 Mtr) / minus the plate thickness (8mm) Note : C = 2 x 3.14 x 1542mm = 9688 mm
