Agar speed hogi to vel. Hogi, agar vel. Hogi to acc. Hoga(along the tangent) and tangential acc. Hogi to angular acceleration hoga, that's why tangential component. Centripetal acc. Towards centre hoti hai, jaha jaha circular motion waha waha centripetal acceleration. Watch from 09:30, omega in the direction of radius gives linear velocity, that's why radial component.
