11:30. The dude at the meat carving station sees you coming up and slowly backs up and stares at you. Then you ask for a slice of both and he just stands there and stares at you for 5 more seconds. Then walks up real slow and carves you some tiny pieces of each 😂.... his service was about as good as the food..

The expression on your face when you tasted the pudding said it all! And you not finishing anything also is a statement to how you felt about the buffet. I will say - you did a class act by not ripping it to shreds. Most would just blast them. Your actions spoke volumes without having to say how you felt about it. Again - thank you for sharing your videos. They are very helpful.

Circus circus is a cheap family hotel. There is circus shows for childs all the time etc. So you have to understand this when you rate it.

The first, and last, times I ate at Circus Circus Buffet was on my first trip to Las Vegas in 1991. It’s definitely been remodeled since then; at that time, it was a sort of industrial blue-gray color, and the room itself was similar. The food was extremely basic at that time with dinner time selections including hamburgers and hot dogs. It was both inexpensive, about $9.95 at dinner, and quite cheap in quality. Breakfast was about $5.95 and similarly basic. But, being breakfast, the food selections were of better overall quality than dinner or lunch. Overall, though, what hasn’t changed is that it’s probably the cheapest and most crowded buffet on the strip.

Your comments mirror mine 100%. We tried to make a family trip to Vegas every year from about '87-'93. CC wasn't all that bad then and we ate a few breakfasts there. We actually enjoyed staying in the Manor before they let it run down to being no better than tents in a third world country. My question is how much money have they pulled from that place by making minimal investments for the past 30 years? I mean a family of 4 pays nearly $100 for 4 meals. Profit margin is huge!!

In 85 it was even worse! The food was crap as was the service. Also, while you ate there was horrible circus type music and recording telling you to get whatever you want but not to get more than you could eat. Really lame buffet then and now

Derrick you really earned the thumbs up on this one and you showed the "I'll fall on the sword for all of you hero side". Am I mistaken or was there a definitive sign given at 11:41 at the carving station? The carver was reluctant to cut either the beef or the "Turkey/Ham"....it was that or he has a past that is not conducive with video recording of any sort.

I was cracking up since I am a vegetarian, but I ate there a month ago and I was surprised by all the veggie options they had and it was a good price for someone that doesn't eat meat unlike the other hotels that charge so much but when you don't eat meat I don't like paying a lot for buffet. You can usually tell by the way your fork reacts to the food and your expression, how you really feel about it. I think it’s because you’re holding the camera but your fork becomes a jab jab and even your knife is saying yuck! “ it does have that flavor of canned food” !! Laughing so hard my skeleton is vibrating! Like most comedy it has to come from a sad place. 🤭

Yeah, I did the CC breakfast buffet when my folks first moved to Vegas in the late 90s and I see it's still terrible! lol Derek's face while he was choking down the old ass ribs was priceless too

This buffet has been known for the cheep quality of food for years. He knew that, he lives in Vegas -lol. It's for people with kids and on a budget. Or those with no taste -haha. Poor Derek!

Yeah that’s the one problem with Buffers That are slow the food doesn’t get rotated and same stuff sits out forever But anyway The circus circus Buffet from what I hear More like a chain golden corral Pondarosa or old country buffet Quality then a Vegas quality buffet lol

Tried the buffet at Circus Circus tonight and I have to say it's everything you said it was. Having said that, the service was excellent and definitely made up for the quality of food or lack thereof... thanks again for all of your videos.

Circus Circus was the first hotel I ever stayed at in Vegas. That was back in 2006. I didn't go to the buffet (I didn't even know they had a buffet at the time). This buffet looks terrible.

Was just in Vegas this past weekend for Thanksgiving. Didn’t realize how crazy busy Vegas is around this time. Went to the Bellagio buffet and that was ok. Not too impressed. Should have gone to Caesar’s. Thank you for your videos. 😀

Derek that screaming child as you first walked in too funny! Then staff carefully placing tongs for the chicken tenders! And the food canned, old, dry. Basically Circus Circus buffet sucks. You are a trooper to go experience that.

Main Street Station's Garden Court Buffet is $13 ($12 with member discount) for the dinner buffet and it is WAY better than this garbage. The steakhouse is the only redeeming eatery in Circus Circus and one of the best and cheapest in Las Vegas.

The last time I ate a circus circus buffet was 1982. I had the breakfast it was Fifty cents. It looked better than your dinner and the breakfast was bad but hey only out Fifty cents. It is now 2018 and I still have not gone back that, might tell you something! LOL great Video!!
