Күн бұрынJoin me on a Friday night walk of Circus Circus Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. Circus Circus opened in October 1968 as a circus theme casino resort. It is located on the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip, just north of Resorts World Las Vegas. It has the largest permanent circus in the world. There are 3,767 hotel rooms at Circus Circus. Circus Circus is a family friendly resort that features circus acts, carnival games, Adventuredome, an indoor amusement park. It is home to THE Steak House restaurant. On this night, it was the Friday night of March Madness of the NCAA Men basketball tournament. I was able to catch a juggling act at the Circus Circus Midway Stage. SpongeBob's Crazy Carnival Ride opened on March 1, 2024 near the Circus Circus Adventuredome.

As a fourth generation local , I'm glad to see new owners and some much needed love for this amazing property.I use to take the kids pre-covid every summer for the weekend,boy scouts use to sell camp cards that had a 2 for 1 Adventure Dome, not to mention they have a very sweet water park area for kids including slides and splash pads,if you come to Vegas with kids this is the place.

@@VegasWalker Most definitely, hopefully it stays for awhile longer.Trop is gone,I wouldn't be surprised if Excalibur gets the axe for a NBA team

@@Troy-McClure81 If or when MGM Resorts sells Excalibur then yeah it's gone. Circus Circus might be gone after its current owner Phil Ruffin kicks the bucket.

Great video again. To be honest, i heard not a lot of good things about the Circus Circus, but according to your video it seems to be a pretty decent place to stay at.

Thank you! It’s not that bad of a place. Family friendly and affordable destination. Just don’t expect it to be a 5 star resort. Negative reviews get more clicks.

hi and thanks for another great video. so as you can see, what an awesome renovation this place got!! its beautiful inside!! everywhere you go inside there its newly renovated!! i remember we went there about ten years ago and it was looking rundown. but not now!! new owner made this place beautiful!! i think the hotel may be next on his list? cheers

I'll admit to walking past and just judging based off the exterior years ago. I don't think it will be mistaken for upscale but that's not the point I think and it looks better than I had imagined.

I lost my virginity to my husband, who was at the time was my best friend at circus circus. That was 18 years ago and it was still the one of my best memories.

Awesome video steve, i will save it on my watch list, just watching the intro was good because i had a lot of memories in that car park alone lol, and b the way, my 2 min footage finally turned into HDR after 3 attempts lol

It’s just the beginning for you. It happens quarterly! 5 of last 7 videos on this channel didn’t turn HDR. Had to force it to reprocess with outro music changed in KZfaq editor.🥲

Too bad they never put money into the Stardust and the Riviera. I hate to see all the big old casinos go. The Stardust was spectacular in its day. I can tell you I’ve got some super super ideas for a new Stardust if I just only had the money.

The place looks a lot better, it is lesser expensive than most (maybe all) other strip properties, but the biggest issue is still prevalent: way to many, um, I dont remember the word. They're short, loud and annoying--just thought of the word: children.

Now that the Tropicana is history (or by October it will be definitely), the only Vegas properties left that are "implosion eligible" basically are the Excalibur (if MGM Resorts decides to sell it) or Circus Circus (probably after Phil Ruffin its current owner is no longer with us).

They should have torn it down a long time ago. The place is a dump. The only good thing it has going for it is the steakhouse. Cosmetic repairs and upgrades don't make it any more appealing. I guess it has a lower-class charm to it that appeals to the peasants. As for me, I'm going next month and will be staying in the Fountainbleu.
