The reason Gumigoo can’t remember his moms face is because she never existed. Since the story is never intended to show you his mother, no asset model is made for her, and is also why he can’t remember what she looked like.

I love how in the 2 episode when she say to gummy goo “do you wanna talk about it” she sounds like a sweet little girl instead of an adult cause she’s in her 20s

The reason we haven't seen Gummygoo's family is because they aren't real or part of the program. It's just coded into his memories so that he has a motive to steal the maple syrup.

Just one thing to note about the “mystery room” we see with Pomni and Gummigoo. These rooms are very popular from a game developer perspective and are typically labeled as “asset rooms” that are located far outside of the playable area of a level in a game. These rooms contain textures, models, and sometimes music that developers place there so they can easily copy and paste in the world. Developers just leave them there as they don’t see a point in spending time deleting things that the average player might not even know about. I however have a lot of experience with “oobing” (oob being short for out of bounds) just to go explore what the developers don’t want us to see and maybe get a glimpse of the levels architecture and design method. One game I do this a lot in is Destiny 2, and I constantly keep finding these asset rooms located far out of the playable area and often close to the worlds true edge (often a box that instantly kills the player and sends them back to a legitimate spawn location) and these asset rooms contain models and textures that are seen in the playable area of the world. It was so nice to see an asset room in this episode and I immediately caught on to what it was, and I was so ready to see what Gummigoo thought of it. Also one more thing. People do speculate Pomni being a game developer in her past life based of the things we seen in episode 1 (the desk scene in particular). In this episode, she uses terms like “out of the map”, and “NPCs” when talking to Gummigoo like she fully knows what she is talking about. Sometimes I wonder what my in game character thinks when I go out of bounds and see shit that isn’t supposed to be seen, but at the same time I remember it’s “just a game” and my character has no real emotions. Or do they?

I have a theory about pomni! so like this: In several scenes in episode 1 we can see that Pomni doesn't like being touched or looks like she is avoiding touch from other people, and there is also a scene where Pomni seems to be trying to protect herself when Jax swings his hand to open the door to Kafumo's room as if she is about to be hit, and besides that in episode 2 we can see Pomni saying that it's normal that people feels like they're nothing in her world (real life) . So from all that, in my opinion Pomni is often treated harshly in the real world ect being @bus3d

every charecter (NPC) we seen walking around in the Circus is sold as a plushie more or less, what is even up with that does a NPC can get a main character?

Why would Jax be punished for "killing," the candy NPCs when they only exist for the players' amusement? If they're "killed," by a player Caine could remake them. If Jax hurt a fellow player or violated circus rules/guidelines then I could see Caine putting Jax in a time-out or maybe even freezing his avatar for a set time like some programs do irl.

“Cain and Abel” sounds kinda like “Caine and Bubble” that is most definitely intentional.

What if CA means something like “Caine’s Advertisements” or something. Also Pomni healing herself, what if when Caine fixes one glitched person it fixes the rest of them? What if Caine fixes Ragatha and Pomni at once? Actually maybe you’re right. Caine probably doesn’t bring Zooble in the adventures because he just didn’t notice she wasn’t there. When you say that Caine has all seeing eyes, what if he just said that to convince Pomni to go on the adventures. Also saying that Caine wouldn’t let Pomni and Gumigoo glitch into the behind the scenes area, from the clip you showed, it shows Caine uses a watch to find out when they travel into the Void. Maybe that watch is what he uses to stop the circus members from traveling to certain areas, or maybe only the Void. What if the Wacky Watch doesn’t show when a circus member or NPC glitches into behind the scenes so he’s unaware it even happened? Like how would going behind the scenes make you spoiled?

Man its not a teaser its more so the aftermath of episode two. Just like how the mini-quest they did in episode one had a subber as their reward, since they went on an adventure to a candy land their reward is definitely candy. And pomni chose to honor gummygoo's death as even if he's an npc she wants to treat him like he was real.

I have a theory: he is actually not an NPC, but was mistaken as one that was replaced with an NPC that was mistaken for a real person. I saw a theory that Jax is actually an NPC, but I'm not exactly sure!

Out of all the characters, the one I find to be the least human is actually gengle. It doesn't make sense to me how a human being's emotions can be completely dictated based on what mask they're wearing.

Ok I know this guy is just trying to ride of off ANYTHING to get rent money but I have a massive theory: The princess’s lines are: “Oh! You must be the brave knights sent by god to solve a our recent catastrophe!” It if IMPLIED that “god” is Caine, with the camera panning to a picture of Caine in heaven. BUT, my main part, the camera doesn’t pan to the Caine picture until the word “catastrophe” is said, I think if you interpret the picture of Caine taking over as a catastrophe with the hostages and all, it paints a much different picture! For everyone taking lore seriously, consider this! And like it so it’s seen!

I agree to the caine thinking he's a god because I found more proof. If you've heard the song I Think Therefore I Am, by Jt music, you would know that this song is a rap about The Amazing Digital Circus. It say in one of the lyrics, "I becoming a god and my crown will shine" so I'm curious if this might go together with your theory.
