Jesus is the pefect role model: You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Ciryl never trained in Karate. He started at 25 with Muay Thai, then moved to MMA at 28. His footwork was fashioned with the help of Fernand Lopez at his beginnings in MMA to avoid takedowns. From what I have gathered there were some disputes with the UFC and that is why Francis isn't that active. That was one of the complaints he had. Francis wanted to be more active instead of just 2 fighters every year.

He cant expect not to get hit at all.Stipe got hit a couple of times in their first fight. You have to make Francis tired. He had two rounds in him back then we could expect hes up for 3 rounds now.So you have to win one round where Ngnanou is fresh and that would mean some exchanges and getting hit.But i think Cyryl gets it done honestly .

This is heavyweight after all.
