Great tutorial, but how can you use GUI for FTDs and manage from FMC at the same time ?

it's not possible, it's either local management (FDM) or centralized management (FMC), so when you configure FMC as the manager you can't access the GUI of the FTD. I was wondering why he was trying to access the web page of FTD after he configured FMC as manager :)

Sir once you integrate FTDs to FMC you won't be able to use ftd GUI all you get access is only for ssh...For ftd GUI you should use it locally.
