I can't say any thing about it. It's totally depends on the interviewer and resume you are presenting. In my case they didn't ask me about DSA.

Yes my interview was for network domain. DSA was not asked to me. But I can't guarantee that it will be asked to you or not

Firstly I got selection message from my college, within two weeks. Yes they send rejection mail as well, but rejection mail is sent late.

I don't know, result declaration depends on senior department of cisco. Be in touch with your collage placement cell, they will get these info much earlier.
