thank you a lot for this obvious effort , but I had some questions , this procedure how will take long time and can this umber state repeat again ? and the amber light happened just on starting power to swithch or it may happen even when the swithch is already operate normaly and suddenly go to the frozen state ? I hope answer me in details please ,Regards

update : I try your method but for sorry not succeded (my swithch 24 port 3750 and it suffer from umber led case) so any another advice can I do ? thank you

Yes it won't last, the point of the video is to let you know the IC that has problem. Regarding the ic purchase you can get it online alibaba, aliexpress, eBay, Amazon. If you want new chips etc. We only sell refurbished

I believe, in this case: The heat melts the solder, and fixes cold solder joints. Otherwise, if the chip is faulty, this fix will not work.

The chip is of age, not contact issue. The chip is old and also accumulated moisture in the process

@@jkftechws-c2960x-24ps-l… 350 didn’t do anything, 550 melted down the memory 😃 so it is easier to replace the memory instantly, nowadays 5-10$ each

@@jkftech there is only amber light, no fans are working. After it is staying such 20min and becomming warm, it starts and boot OK, somethimes it don't but then electricity reboot help. This unit is small and has inside 3x big chips that needs radiator (means generating a lot of heat). When there is amber light, only one is hot - means power goes only to one chip - and probably under this chip there is problem with connection I belive... probably it would need BGA reballing, but there is no stencil available to it... when it become hot it sometimes connecting and run - it is what I suppose... do you have other ideas or findings on this unit?
