Bro.. It's excellent quality material! I need a bit clarity about the difference between.. 'Personnel & the Guard'? Because I see 'Personnel' in Administrative controls and 'The Guard' in Physical controls. Would be great to clarify for me and the audience.

Personnel in that sense would be IT admins responsible for things like access control, whereas the security guard plays a much different role.

Being European this is killing me: 2 feet of candle power from a height of 8 feet 😅 Again excellent material. BTW as a European I noted, that I often answered those privacy test questions wrong e.g. what is allowed on surveillance and handling of employees, when to terminate a user account, trusting employees and rights to own data. I wonder if it might be worthwhile to collect stumbling items in the "mindset" video, as the US mindset about a persons privacy rights and work relationship are somewhat different to EU and that reflects heavily in HR and IAM questions. I found the lock / insurance part really intersting.

With the exception of GDPR (which affects businesses in any country with EU customers), the exam addresses US laws by design. However, the exam does seem to be very popular around the globe.

@@InsideCloudAndSecurity Your GPDR explaination are great, no question about that. It is my EU mindset that is the obstacle here to answer the questions right i.e. account deletion here takes place when the employee really leaves and that might be up to half a year after he has gotten notice (depending on how long he has been in the company), no matter if he has a new job already or not. The employees have to be informed that they might be monitored (usually happens with a login screen). So these kind of things trip me up, just to give some examples.
