I'm relocating, following my divorce and I keep coming back to the idea of Savannah. The history, swamps and gators have such an appeal.... especially the concept of "friendly" southerners....

HI! Montgomery, Pooler, and Georgetown look to be a good distance from downtown for me. Whish has the less risks in terms of flooding? ALso which areas might rent better if he have to rent one day? Budget is about 200K looking for fixer upper (good structure, only cosmetic work). thanks

Great videos. We have been looking at Rincon for awhile deciding to relocate for my husbands job Estill Fed. Prison. I love the Ocean. I wanted pensacola Florida they have fed. Prison there as well but not possible. What area would you recommend? We have three children 14,8, 2 . Thank you

Nobody wants to live in “meth” ingham county. Richmond Hill is way over priced. Pooler is growing a lot and Costco just opened. Also I’m glad you didn’t mention my little community, I want to keep it a secret and small….lol
