A park around the lake with a fishing pier & restaurants....cuz sporting arenas and Stadiums usually have these kinds of parks and restaurants for recreation of the fans...

Nice! As soon as I wake up a Arndorf episode comes out! (For the lake I thank a small lake side hotel would be nice due to how close it is to the train station)

The "Rev-head" in me wants to jump at seeing a 'motorsport centre' in Arndorf... But if I'm completely honest with myself... I don't really think it would "fit"... If you do it at all, it'll have to be WELL outside the current city bounds... ^^;

I would really like to see a track in a hilly area where cars could probably even pass over bridges and through tunnels. That's a thing that Formula 1 for example is definitely missing.

That area by the lake should become a lovely urban beach, with a few bars and restaurants, maybe even a pier.

For that side of the lake make a natural shore boardwalk with some restaurants and maybe a ferris wheel. Loved the post museum more that i thought i would, great build!

Very interesting chapter, the new post office was surely well harmonized with the Adnana Palace and the City wall and worked better than the planned rail station - I was always unsure to build that station there. I wonder now what could need Arndorf now which doesn't have yet. Aside from my past suggestions in the discord channel, might be still too soon to realize an airport and certainly very expensive - should be the central government to take care of it. Maybe Arndorf needs a new industrial expansion, a new activity - giving the interest of the city to medical advancement, maybe a pharmaceutical *coughBayerncough* factory could be the ideal (and gaining a new important sponsor for the city after Toyota)...

I am of the general opinion too to make the area on the lake a real park. But my proposal would be to add opposite of the rebuilt medieval tower a new and taller observation tower.

Maybe a palace, a school or a museum next to lake?? The palace might be the house of the Mayor or maybe the government offices!

I would definitely watch the Grand Prix of Osterland! Probably on the "Arndorf's Toyota Speedway" because Toyota has a big production there. (I'm actually not sure if the car company actually is Toyota)

Next there should be an airport. Or at least in some time. If you do decide to build one though, then my name suggestion would be Walz International Airport. The airport would serve especially all over Europe, but also Asia, North and South America, and Africa. That’s what I can think of for right now.

You should have a hotel with a souvenir shop next to it (since it is close to the station). A plaza with greenery, A li'l beach where they can get dat tan. Is there something i'm missing? Reply so i can read it. THX

There should be a café area at the lake with a lot of green spaces in and around it. It could also be nice with a pier.

I believe a old castle type structure that can accommodate and entertain tourists will fit by the lake. Due to the nearby train station it would be quite popular.

At the lake you should build a combination of a beergarden within the trees and an artificial city beach right at the waterfront.

Lovely. Suggestion: One german style 'Stadtbahn' line running underground for 2km and then surface for the rest. Another thing should be a race track out further out accessible by this stadtbahn line. Great video.

Empty area: Seafood restaurant, steak restaurant. Row boat rental, paddle boat rental, gift shop, tiered wooden plateau for people to relax and to do some sunbathing :p

I finally got here so I can start suggesting as well. Near the stadium I would recommend a businnes center with a office tyat will be the tallest in the town, with a height of around 110 meters, making a commercial center with maybe some apartments in the surroundings. Also If possible I would love to put the paper factory tower back, we all love it.

As far as motor-sport and racing is concerned, I wish you could make a street circuit something like Baku or Monaco (but having to go through propping the streets might be insane not to mention a myriad of other problems). In big cities, specially built race tracks aren't really common, especially in Europe. But it might be the only choice given the game's limitations, in this case I suggest you add some karting elements into it as well; as karting is vital in a motorsport setting. Thank you so much for the series so far.

Near the lake you can make a small park with a small restaurant, bar, fountain... and I think it's better to build an Athletic Stadium than a Car Racers

Really enjoyed the way the museum looks. Although I think it would be more realistic if the tracks underneath it were built later and not the other way around. Good job anyway!

hmm it is rather small lake so it could be for example thermal lake with hot springs and spa/hotel/thermal bath build on its shore :)

A street race could fit Arndorf better than some autodrome. Try to make it a bit like the F1 race in Monaco maybe?

Hey, start building a regional airport by renovating an abandoned world war era airstrip, it will take a huge leap in the city's transportation system. And also it will help to tackle the FIFA World Cup in your city (you may add in your story) And later expand accordingly to the city population 😇

When you build the racetrack, can you inspire yourself on the nurburgring nordshleife? Its an old school track and its beautiful! Its meanders around the german forests and hills and something similarly in sync with nature would look perfect in arndorf

I always get excited about your city builds, I love the Arndorf series the city is beautiful and well detailed and I love the story it reminds me of the days when we uploaded pics to blogs before the days of KZfaq
