This band is my favourite. Every single song hits you in the feels and they talk about various problems, mostly mental health. Any song from them is easily and strongly recommended to literally anyone who is willing to listen

Citizen Soldier thank you for everything the songs y’all make are just awesome and some of them also saved my life and now I started to call y’all my therapy band so thank you and now I know what I need to work on and help myself and I relate to most of y’all songs

Some personal recommendations; Let it Burn, Still Frame, Limit, Tattoos, Let Me Let Go. I could keep going, really any of their songs I'd recommend.

as someone whos going through a bad time.... why is it that everyone tells you to keep going but to keep going means being in even more pain... i just live so people can laugh at my suffering

First of all thank you for sharing that. Someone can tell you to keep going and support you or tell you to fuck off and laugh at you and none of if has anything to do with you, only with themselves and the place they're in in life. They say keep going while not really know what you're going through and unless you share it with them don't expect them to know either. If life feels painful , if life feels hard - find those things, those little things during the day that makes you happier even the slightest and implement more of those stuff in your life one step at a time. And know - I don't laugh at your suffering, I look at it and ask - How strong will you be afterwards , looking back at everything you've faced. Much love ❤️
