Idk how that petrol VTS was slower than the sensodrive and the diesel VTS but tbf the HDiF has some serious go

You can't reach 100 in the 2nd gear, thus having to shift 2->3. That takes time. And also, the 16V HDiF has 260 Nm, the 16V petrol has 143 Nm. A huge difference. According to the specs, the HDiF should do it in 9,4s whereas the petrol should do it in 8,9s. Don't know if it matters, but the petrol seems to be a phase 1, where the others are phase 2 or 3. Oh, and I think he lost time in hitting the rev limiter in the first gear. It took a bit before shifting. The HDiF is a serious hatchie thing when you don't need the top speed (I have had mine 1.6 16V VTS on 210 GPS, spec says 202 is the max). It is a very funny and small 2 that is on the spot where the 1 is at 100+.

The vts is faster you can get it to 0-100 in 8 sek but its not so easy 2 gear isnt that long so you have to change gear very quickly

The time on the 1.4 8v is invalid because the car is modified, you can clearly hear the turbo whistle and that car never came with a turbo.

Considera che con quella coppia hai molta piu trazione e sullo 0-100 il diesel potrebbe tranquillamente giocarsela. Sulla velocita' massima chiaramente le cose si ribaltano

diesels have way more torque so it goes faster at the start

@@lo_one5185 Yea but still... Judging by this VTR also does better then VTS which is plain stupid. Dude driving VTS in a video probabaly took his sweet azz time shifting and thus lost some time.

VTR and VTS are similar. VTR did it in 6.1 and VTS did it in 9.6

The difference is the auto gearbox the sensodribve is one of worst auto gearbox it's explain the 0-100 9s

@@sampledger3304i drive one and i can confirm and deny this if I drive economically for 50-100km will be shit if I try to get speed but after 12-15 km driving like a maniac will be fast as fuck not to mention on full auto that shit will be more faster
