Citroen Peugeot TU1A (HFX) timing belt and water pump change.
Torque settings:
water pump: 16 Nm (Cast iron cylinder block),
65 Nm (M10 for Aluminium cylinder block),
30 Nm (M8 for Aluminium cylinder block),
tensioner: 21 Nm ± 2

hmm my timing on the crankshaft didnt line up when i had the camshaft pin in, I was not able to put the locking tool for crankshaft at the same time as the camshaft does this mean its not right? also the crankshaft has a marker which went to a white dot on the casing but didnt line up to the bottom cut out on the engine.

@@babis001 Ive just asked on the c2 forum and they said both the locking pins for the camshaft and flywheel need to be inserted for the correct timings. If only one of the pins fit this means the timing is out! Yikes no wonder its sounding like a bag of nails lol

I locked camshaft and then afterwards went to remove the 3 bolts for the crankshaft pulley. The camshaft was locked and the belt did not spin, but the crankshaft pulley did, does it mean that the crankshaft is not in the sync anymore?

You mean the the outer pulley (auxiliary belt) moved? It doesn' t matter

@@babis001 Yeah, that one (outer crankshaft pulley) spun couple of inches, while the camshaft was locked which didn't move at all (timing belt was still on). I even think i've seen flywheel move a bit on the opposite side too with the outer pulley (when i've tried to wrench it).

how thick is the rod thats needed to lock the flywheel please?
