Nouvelle restauration pour Pierre qui m'a apporté sa DS à rénover. La DS est plutôt en bon état, très saine au nouveau du châssis. Equipée d'usine de la rare climatisation. Il s'agit de revoir toute la mécanique, travailler aussi sur le châssis là ou c'est nécessaire. On commence par déposer la mécanique.
New restoration for Pierre who brought me his DS to renovate. The DS is in rather good condition, almost rust free. Factory equipped with rare air conditioning. It involves reviewing all the mechanics, also working on the chassis where necessary. We start by removing the mechanics.

The auxiliary air valve is usually very hard to renovate, or to manage to work properly.....

Merci. Il y a la DS de Michel à regarder je détaille bien les travaux. Je m'appelle vraiment Othello, d'ou l'idée du nom Citrothello. Je réside en Suisse près de Lausanne.

How can you disassemble a car like this (in this way)? Just think if somethings breaks, what do you do? This is not just a simple construction kit!

How can it have both yellow fog lights and air conditioning parts in that small compartment under the front bumper, in front of the front wheels?? I can´t see any air conditioning parts here.

jamais vu un tel merdier de durites, cables et autres. Ils s'emmerdaient pas avec le rangement chez citroën

Disons que si on comprends le système, c'est très bien ordonné justement. En fait, les DS SM sont tellement particulières et perfectionnées, qu'on en peux les comparer aux autres automobiles.
