Exactly what you need at your citronella farm Sir Buddy ! This distillation equipment needed a relief valve for safety purposes and insulation to reduce energy waste. Source of energy to power this equipment ? I would go for electric, instead of gas...

Water outlet in the condenser perhaps sa top part dapat or opposite side of the water inlet. So water would flow all through out the condenser. One way to improve the condenser is increase the inner diameter kung saan vapor would pass. Need to check din yung type of rubber as sealant. Some rubbers are not oil resistant. Better to use silicon Nice video. Learned a lot here! :)

Electric coil heater is the best option than gas. Its easy to control the heat using PLC controller.

its good suggestion constant heat will it need to produce this product. but the higher the production cost the higher the end product will it cost, at mahirap yon to introduce to the market.

Yung condenser mas maganda kung yung return line ng tubig sa condenser ay sa taas, mean sa other side para yung coolant( tubig) ay sa taas, para buong mapalamig yung buong condenser otherwise hindi efficient yung condenser.

@@jobelgarcela9944 Don’t be naive & short-sighted, automation is the name of the game in today’s world. Modern and big businesses thrive on using automation and robotics to help their bottomline. It’s way more efficient and cost-effective. And there are other ways that cheap labor can be employed elsewhere in our economy. It’s abt time for our equipment manufacturers to aim for automation in whatever they do, and compete in the world market. It’s one industry that Filipinos have an edge, given the fact that a lot of our engineers have worked abroad in various industries and have gained some exposure.

@@Aqualastic ….. hindi lahat sa US ay automated. Si Barak Obama ay contra sa automation dahil magiging imbalance ang economy. Maraming mawawalan ng trabaho. Citronella Distillation process maging automated ? Pwede siguro kung ang isang Company ay may farming na 100 HECTARES , 200 HECTARES ang source ng Raw materials niya. Pero Kung HALF HECTARE to ONE HECTARE lang ang FARM NILA ay siguro BONUS NA LANG SA FILIPINOS NA ISA PINAKA MATAAS NG UNEMPLOYMENT. 👍✌️

At ang GROWING PERIOD NG CITRONELLA PLANTS AY HALOS 7 to 8 months WAITING PERIOD bago ka mag harvest ulit ?? Pwede rin Mag automation ang isang farmer ng Kaniyang ONE HECTARE harvest sa time frame na ONE WEEK at tapos na ang trabaho. Mag antay siya ulit ng 6 months bago mag PROCESS ang DISTILLATION MACHINE NIYA.
