How Thomas not been linked with chelsea or tottenham jobs in any media baffles me. Great man manager, plays on the front foot and not only coaches players to be better but seems to get more transfers right than wrong.. good luck next season Brentford 👍

Imagine beating a city team that's literally never played together in its entirety before, 7 players under the age of 22, and bragging about it 😂. Sub even 2 or 3 more starting 11 players on and Brentford would've got bent... Fair play to Brentford for beating city at home in the previous game though, I'll give them that one.

Fans can be proud of defeating City b team while simultaneously acknowledging that city are on another level and just better. If I were a Brentford fan I wouldn’t care if the win was against b team. I’d still be proud of the win.

@@mrwabbit9576 The last three games were inconsequential for City as they had already clenched PL. Pep is resting his key players. Aside from the previous 3 inconsequential matches against Chelsea (whom they defeated), Brighton and Brentford, they have been in top form. City are working towards the treble which is naturally going to affect how they approach the inconsequential matches. Their form is unreal when it matters seeing as they just won the title and are in two finals for the FA cup and champions league. You don’t get there without off-the-charts form.

Neither were brentford. Thomas put out a much weakened side and still won. No Toney, no Ajer, no Dasilva, no Jensen, no Norgaard, Schade on the bench Still Brentford won both games

Lol those are considered tactics. Route one football and parking 'the bus'. Someone is hailed for playing anti football. Thomas has a brilliant mind, but he could learn from De Zerbi. That will land you a sit in the big teams, not what I saw against City.

the timing u faced city was the reason you beat them......first was just before the world cup where they hadn't figured out how to play......this one, city had already won the title....if u had faced them 2 or 3 weeks ago where the title was on the line....they would have blown you away
