the irony of this is that if this does become popular and maybe even developed for the VR headset is that once you get home from a busy day at work and being stuck in traffic all morning and all afternoon, we come home to play this game and be stuck in traffic all over again haha

i'm curious, what is the quick release system being used here? I was wanting to know if there is a steering wheel out there that provides bases that you could attach to regular steering wheels and then to the base?

not just because holding the clutch while standing, he slips the clutch way too much when shifting or accelerating

you are right rbr, but throwout bearings wear out while doing that. They should outlast the clutch, however, I wrote that not just because of staying on the clutch, mostly because of his acceleration/shifting clutch work.

This is Lada 110, not a GT car. You can find it in a good condition for 3000 dollars. I'm pretty sure that this setup cost a lot more. Also, if you're not an idiot, you will never crash.

Even though i understand for the plane cockpit stuffs, i don't understand why would someone get the hardware for a "city driving car simulator". I mean it's not something you can't do in real life, it's not even racing here, it's just driving around a virtual city respecting the traffic code. Since the goal here with all that equipment is get as close to reality as possible, why don't you just go outside and drive your real car? Does that give you guys other sensations, or more security? Or maybe you just don't have a car or a license that's also a good reason. Cheers !
