Sorry, I dont see it. You get 4 armors, 1 Heal, 1 DoT Toggle, 1 Rez, 1 Toggle that Fears (fear can cause enemies to run), and 1 toggle that disorients (only applies to minions and costs HP).

@@psychocop2481all good it was low levels, and I was new to mmos so it got me yelled at alot.

Its not a bad idea, (as in, I've thought about this before too), I don't know how effective ice patch is though. Like, I don't know if ice patch has a weak KD and I am not sure if its enhancable. It also may be worth taking into account cast times, which if its too long, may make it less desirable as the damage output could be increased on a different primary. As for the other AoEs, they are ok.

@@psychocop2481 is there another secondary that you would recommend? Fire Def is the most agressive as far as damage. but leaves a lot to be desired for survivability. i know ice patch does wonders on minions n LT's. not entirely sure how it would effect bosses. i remember it being quite powerful.

@@aaronhymes123 Fire is by far the best on damage, though it lacks survivability for defenses, and lacks a taunt aura for scrapper farming. I would say both Bio and Shields both give decent damage (not anywhere close to fire though) and good survivability, and a taunt aura to keep groups together. Ice/Fire does give you that benefit of keeping groups together through Ice Patch, assuming its actually good at KDing. Assuming Ice Patch does work on bosses, it probably would be a great way of boosting survivability as well.

Considering that scrappers do x1.15 melee damage, have crit, with 500% max damage, I think overall, it will outdps brute. That being said, brute certainly will outsurvive it, and brutes do quite well in damage, so I would agree that brutes are OP. Not sure where tankers fall into this, they have relatively low damage comparatively (at least based off live, which is what I am basing my research off of) Here is one of my sources that would also confirm my belief that scrappers will pull ahead in damage www.reddit.com/r/Cityofheroes/comments/caqiei/differences_between_brutes_and_scrappers_numbers/ Specifically this part: "At 500% damage (with a base damage of 68.82), Beheader on a Scrapper would deal 344.1 damage. Not a bad combination, Dark Armor consumes a lot of endurance. So I would suggest going for endurance reductions enhancements. You can get the power physical perfection too for some extra recovery. You can slot stamina and physical perfection with recovery enhancements, maybe 1 performance shifter: Chance for +End as well. You can try to invest in a Miracle +Recovery or Numina's Convalescents +Regen/+Recovery as that should boost recovery as well.

Most powers are 5%, so I am pretty sure fighting pool powers would fall within that 5%. Do fighting pool powers generate fury?
