BioShock is a fantastic game, well-deserved to have a fish tank modeled after it. It was an absolute eye-opener of a game. Raw. Intelligent. Polished. It's still good, 9 years later.

@@sexychicken952it’s a great game, but it just feels like a lesser version of the first. The only thing it improved was the gameplay, but everything else just feels like it’s the first game, but less exciting.

A) BioShock is ArtDeco themed, not steampunk (since Steam punk is based on the Victorian Era while ArtDeco is 1940's/1950's so about 100 years later). But outside that little error, Great video! Really wish I had a BioShock fishtank, too. Hopefully they'll do a project for BioShock Infinite, too, like a Songbird/Elizabeth's Tower-themed Bird Cage or something like that. :)

A counter argument could be that the drill is spinning in reverse so that when the big daddy stabs someone, the body will spin off of the drill instead of getting stuck on it. Source: I'm a physicist with a specialty in drillology.

1) The name of Tim Baker keeps ringing me a bell... What major projects is he famous for again? 2) These gifts (I'll call them as much) are priceless... or seem to be worth a fortune. Granted, you DON'T sell one of these, but considerng the work put into them, they look quite valuable. 3) I'm surprised that they can go just about any kind of fandom, regardless of how long the source existed. While Guardians of the Galaxy and the Hobbit/Lord of the Rings are quite old, BioShock is fairly recent. So, if I get this right, any kind of fandom can be used for this show. That's a pretty good range here. 4) They can essentially do whatever they want... which is very cool because you never know what they can come next. A swing, a cat litter box and an aquarium? It sure beats a figure or a foam weapon XD

So Tim Baker Creations is a specialty shop where custom props are made for consumers and the film industry. They also do makeup dept. work for TV and features. He's consulted on TV and film projects for a number of years and while it's hard to find a complete resume he is quite accomplished. He's got a DeviantART I believe and I think he still takes commissions if you're interested.

Unless that girl already had pet fishes, you didn't just give that girl a gift, you gave her a responsibility. She's gonna have to clean the tank (unless she wants the dirty look), buy fish food, and change the water. Pets never make a good gift...

Good point. But I think they're only bad if you're giving them to someone who won't take care of them. I mean, I've never been given a pet, but I've owned a couple. Fish aren't too bad. Besides, it seems like she would take care of them just by virtue of keeping the tank clean in the process.

Courtney King wut. you're the girl everyone is hating for... reasons? anyway try to not get that to you, i've seen to many people fall for it, it's just how the internet is made, lots of dickheads and lots of people who seems way kinder than they actually are(which i guess includese me unfortunately) also, great cosplay, well, except for the haris that might have been swapped of colors... protip: if you scraped off the word "nerf" from the gun, it would be better, it kinda breaks the mood. but don't mind me, i just can't stand wrong details, and considering you probably made all the dress by yourself, that still is pretty amazing.

As soon as I saw the tank, I thought that it looked so empty. Should've had some plants and hiding spots for the fish there :/

Thank you. It's very clear they had no concern for the safety or well-being of the fish that were going to inhabit that tank.

Chey Halye They took every precaution that was possible to insure the safety of the fish. They made sure they used non-toxic materials whenever possible and coated the sculptures and architecture with marine grade sealants so no chemicals leached out into the water. They soaked the sculptures in multiple water baths and rinsed them numerous times over a 24 hr period before placing them in the tank to make sure any residue had been removed from them. The water was properly treated and there was a good filtration system installed as well. As for hiding spaces for the fish - there is plenty beneath and behind the tunnel flooring.. the fish can swim in and out different grates. You'd be happy to know weeks later the fish are still alive.
