Is anyone else experiencing this on their computer to play this game? It is extremely slow right now and it's almost like it takes a second to move the person or the tram as well. The people and objects are moving in slow motion as well

Any game in early access mode may initially contain some bugs. Maybe it's worth reporting this error to the game's technical support? Sometimes it can be helpful to verify the game files via Steam. I also recommend using the latest drivers for your graphics card and chipset.
