you should look for an old Del Sol rear window and tracks for the rear window. Interesting build. Or even a older first gen tundra rear window.

The spoiler looks awesome brother. The De Sol back window sounds like a great idea. Although like you said, if you make your own window then it will be easier to fit it. 👍🏼

Not hating. But whenever I’ve imagined doing this same project I always thought a 4 door sedan would be a better starting point simply because the longer rear and shorter doors would give more traditional pickup truck proportions. Obviously I’d still graft on the hatch tailgate. I’d also make sure I fitted the rear window from a del sol so I could lower it.

I like what you're doing. Did you consider the hatch glass for the rear window? I'm not familiar enough with the car to know what it would look like, but it would have kept more of the original lines.

Enough with the time lapses. Would’ve loved watching you do the roof scoop and sheet metal mod on the roof. Who cares if it would’ve been a 1 hour video. You’ll definitely get more views. With more involved videos. The only thing that’ll suck is you’ll have a lot more editing to do with the videos. But it’ll be worth it… for your view counts.
