Its the jingle that plays when you build the wonder, most likely it can be found in the game files, as its not part of the OST

Ik its a late reply but its Edvard griegs piano concerto in a minor (his only piano concerto) Its near the beginning before the piano part comes in

The Motherland Calls was cut due to the copyright claim. I think that's also the reason why did put the Kremlin into the Modern Era, although it was in the Renaissance before, cuz they needed some cool and iconic wonder for the Order ideology, so they replaced the Kremlin with the Red Fort and put it into the Railroad technology. Interesting, that the current Kremlin's bonuses supposed to be of the Motherland Calls, at least that's what her bonuses in the game files

As for other wonders there's no information, maybe they were just too imbalanced. Three Gorges Dam was in Civ4 and provided the electricity to all the cities, but maybe in Civ5 they just didn't know what to do with it there idk :P but i'd like to see the Large Collider, rlly cool Modern wonder
