The actual top 3 when you think about it: 1. G5 Luffy splitting the heavens with just his haki, without having to clash with another conqueror 2. Shanks casually freezing an admiral in place from miles away using just conquerors haki 3. Shanks making 2 admirals back off after flexing his conquerors haki and knocking out a whole navy force including some vice admirals

The difference between Conqueror's and the other two, Armament and Observation Haki, is that you can train to achieve Armament and Observation Haki but you need to be born with the Conqueror's Haki to train and use it. That's why it is more rare and we see more of it later in the Anime because the Conqueror's Haki rules over any devil fruit and to stay on the top you need that kind of Haki...

All animes portray something similar, Haki from One Piece, Chakra from Naruto, Nen from HxH, Spiritual Presence from Bleach, Ki from DBZ, they are used to depict an aura or strong intent that the protagonist can visibly use to scare their enemy or incapacitate them

it seems like everyine in the series has conqueror's haki... because only the strongest people have it, and ofcourse they're in the grandline. same thing with devil fruits, they are extremely rare, so rare infact the vast majority does not even believe they exist because they have never seen or possibly even heard of devil fruits. but all devil fruit users are in grand line which is why it feels like everyone has a fruit

Basic Observation and armament haki can be learned by anyone that knows of it and trains themselves to use it to some degree conquers haki you have to be born with the ability and have it unlocked threw an event that makes you impose your will over another haki only can be maid stronger threw continuously uses pushing it a lot further each time preferably against other haki users out of the millions of people in the world only a few have all three even less become proficient in it and get to using the advanced applications
