This does not seem cost effective at all. Do you still need a new screen if your 10.25 Android screen is already installed?

No..It works on all comands.

seems like a freaking expensive retrofit and its not OEM so you can not get support at your dealer when it go's wrong

Yes you do..You need a 2016 display.
