Vadi che Sambaar is a recipe prepared in Maharashtrian CKP(Kayastha) households for generations and is a favorite. Do try.

Truely ur my fav for CKP recepies, I am a mother too, I am commenting from his ID , My moms a great cook like any other CKP lady so was my grand mom , We are Rajes - village Sai (Panvel) of course living in mumbai since my grandparents times. great cooking .

ओला नारळ सी.केपी लोक फार वापरतात पण घरात ओला नारळ नसेल तर काही यूक्ती सांगावे धन्यवाद ताई नक्की करुन बघेन

🙏🙏ओला नारळ नसेल तर आजकाल तयार नारळाच्या दुधाचे ट्रेट्रा पॅक मिळतात. दुसरे म्हणजे एकदम 4नारळ आणून खवणून डिप फ्रिजरमध्ये डब्यात ठेवून हवे तेव्हा वापरावे

ताई तुमची युक्ती वापरुन ओला नारळ फ्रीज मध्ये स्टोआर केला व तुमची दगडोणी रेसीपी केली अतिशय ऊत्तम चवीला लागली धन्यवाद ताई तुमचे.
