The trout thing is The Die Forelle Quintet based on the melody of his song Die Forelle. We should also have Wiegenlied here.

Reason why Bach doesn't conduct: conductors weren't invented yet at his time. Jean Baptiste Lully (pronounced as John Baptist Lully) was a baroque composer who conducted with a baton moving it sideways and upwards or downwards always holding the top of the baton. Unfortunately, while conducting a Te Deum he accidentally hit his foot and it became gangrenous.A better representation would be Bach holding a Baroque (non-tourte and non transitiona)l bow, A sheet of paper or just his hands with gloves while conducting.

That Pipe organ thing is a pun on organ stops and an orchestra. For example: Flue pipes in the string section, Fagotto stop literally the bassoons in that weird thing, literal Brass section, and the main console of the pipe organ. (BWV 1007 should make people dance because, it's a dance suite. I'll give a legendary baroque cello recording of it. Here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Zr-BhriglafUg40.html I know the baroque cello sounds weird, but it's actually beautiful once you get into classical music and learn about historically informed performances and period instrument recordings.) I also recommend searching Bach's manuscripts on IMSLP. IMSLP has tons of original manuscripts Here is one manuscript: Original manuscript by Anna Magdalena Bach. ks.petruccimusiclibrary.org/files/imglnks/usimg/8/8b/IMSLP215391-PMLP04291-D_B_Mus._ms._Bach_P_269.pdf She's the second wife of Bach. She's a Copyist which means she copies parts for a composition for a composer so that each performer has a copy. In this case the piece is written for solo cello, and implying that Anna is a copyist, we can conclude that Bach's real manuscript is now lost. Now just watch the notes and assign them to the ones you heard and you can hear the Manuscript playing!
