Seal the seam on the air filter between the two halves. They suck in fine saw dust.

I took 2 of my Chinese clones apart for base gasket deletes. One claimed 62cc, one 58cc. Both of them are 45mm piston 45.2mm bore and roughly 32-34mm stroke. One is Xbull (no longer sold) and the other looks like a Husky but just says "Chainsaw" on the pull start and "Professional" on the bar. I have another coming I expect to be the same.

Well now i know why that ported muffler fit my jonny 2049 perfectly lol For 50 years our aus post has used them little hondas, extremely reliable and nimble. Now they use the honda nbc110 thats made in china, my postie has had nothing but trouble with and recalled too he said. I often see him back on his old ct110 with over 100,000klm on it. Nice vid 👍Mark.

Pretty sure those don't exist unless they change the crank case. The biggest bore I've heard you can put on one is the 48mm.
You can buy the exact same saw here in Europe BUT its called Benson and its orange .... and its imported from TRC . Its a company in The Netherlands (Holland) i just got mine and i cant wait to try it .... thanks for cool video m8

I got mine today. Right out, the box chain break doesn't work, the air filter doesn't fit, there are no returns on Amazon, hasn't been stated yet

I’ve wondered about them chainsaws.. always thought about getting one for fun. It looks like a husky 55 with some oddball parts on it
@bryantitus66342 жыл бұрын
It runs just like my Husqvarna 50. Probably a little better. The muffler on the Husqvarna 50 is pretty stuffy. This seems to make power similarly though. Just revs a bit better.

Looks alot like a Farmertec 58cc JonCutter. I think I heard you say Zenoa clone, and I think you're right!

I'm pretty sure that is a husky 50 Series knock off! Would be a great Little saw try throwing a husky 46 mm topend on it maybe a pop-up piston

So, I have tried mixing parts from my 55 to this saw, nothing fits. I'm now leaning towards it being a Shindaiwa 488 clone. And I'm pretty sure the Shindaiwa 488 is actually a Tanaka. So...once you start looking a little deeper, you start finding out that these smaller clones are clones of Tanaka and Zenoah saws.

Those midsize Poulans are all 32mm stroke. Your Bad Boy is 49mm bore so even if they did give you a 48mm bore you would still be “in the normal range”. Biggest issue I see with them will be getting parts and most people with just toss them and buy another. Cost to fix will be too much compared to a new one.
@novicelumberjack2 жыл бұрын
Good point about the Bad Boy. Forgot all about it. No wonder it pulls 13,800 rpm.

Parts are easy to come by actually EXCEPT if you need like Timberpro or Xbull which can't be found anymore. No name parts are easy to come by.

You can't get the plastic parts that match but you can get everything under the plastic.

Any reason not to use 40:01 fuel mix, versus 25:01? Seems like 40:01 would be enough oil mix to protect the engine.
@novicelumberjack2 жыл бұрын
I can't think of one. As long as you use a modern 2 stroke oil, 40:1 is perfectly fine.

That reminds me yes 49cc’s. I measured mine the same way when I first got it and remember it wasn’t what the box claims at 51cc. Maybe I can get them on false advertising lol. Yours sounds stronger than mine probably because of your better muffler. I guess they have the 45cc saws the 50ish cc’s then there is a 62cc I believe..?? The bigger one has a longer stroke but same bore I thought I read somewhere. And they all use the same size carb..? And no facts here but I think i’m close.
