Love it!! Just curious whether you guys were advised about reef safe sunscreen? It’s not particularly well known (as an Aussie myself, I only learnt about it when doing some coral conservation work). A lot of common sunscreens have chemicals that react with the water, making it more acidic and increasing coral bleaching :( don’t want to be the downer/critic, you guys are such an inspiration and I hope you continue to have an amazing time!

Glad you guys showed and included the rest! I traveled full time this summer and I felt guilty sometimes about just needing to chill out, and i felt guilty discussing any chill out plans with friends or fellow tourists bc I feel like there’s often pressure to do it all and see it all and make the most of your time somewhere. But sometimes you gotta sleep in late at your hostel and take a long shower and don’t get going till late in the day lol

If you guys come by the Whitsundays and Airlie Beach definitely do a Whitehaven/snorkeling tour with Redcat adventures! I’m a new local to this area and that’s been one of my favourite trips I’ve done!

Just so you know the reason the colours are so dim is cause of the water and the coral is quite alive (I live in Aus)

That coral looks bleached I think 😢 it’s so sad, the colors are just not there. Its just looked very underwhelming, I’ll bet it’s been a million times more vibrant and teeming with wildlife ❤
