@@robovac3557 I agree it was bad, lots of plotholes and things that don't make sense, but the last couple episodes changed my mind a bit. I think a lot of the poor decisions show things like Dexter losing his touch a bit, explains why Harrison was so out of control, etc.. and Kurt was a fantastically acted character.

I met Clancy Brown back in the mid-80's in a book store in the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills, CA. He was researching his 'backstory' of the role in the then, upcoming 1988 thriller, 'SHOOT TO KILL' (Roger Spotswoodie - dir., stars - Sidney Poitier, Tom Berenger, Kirstie Alley). We spoke for about 10 minutes and he was truly a gent through & through. It's professionals like Clancy Brown that make working in this, or any business, worth it. D.A.

❤ He played the woodshop teacher in "The Goldbergs" and the had two Highlander clubs at that school. And in one scene he said. "There can be ony one.. highlander club". It literally gave me goosebumps..

I remember the first time i saw him - he was a monster! Not really, but he played what I would consider the benchmark for all over-the-top bad guys playing an immortal in the original, ‘Highlander’. If you haven’t seen that flick, it’s worth a watch just to see his performance. Great actor and fun to watch.

The short HBO series Carnivàle was only 2 seasons but was great. Clancy Brown played the evil minister and was great. If you haven`t seen it check it out.

@@billkibby7900 I was too. The production costs is the reason I think. Two other shows come to mind that were very good and were shut down. The Knick and Tabboo. I think they were both from FX. Check those out.

I never saw Dexter. But who could forget Shawshank Redemption? And I remembered him from Highlander. But I was so surprised when my best friend told me Clancy did the voice for Mr. Crabs. It was like an neurological time-bomb when I looked back and realized he was also in Bad Boys and so many good shows! I love this guy! The first movie I saw Clancy in was “Love, Lies and Murder”. He played such a diabolical character that it made me think he was really evil. His role in “Shawshank Redemption” didn’t help! In reality, he seems like a nice guy.

Been a Fan of Clancy Brown since the 80's when he was the Kurgen.. Pet Cemetery two.. he was hilarious as an undead demon dude. Of course Shawshank he was brilliant.. Starship Troopers he was dope.. Was like YESSSS when I saw him in Dexter: New Blood.. it definitely gave it away that he was going to be the 'big bad'.. it's friggin Clancy.. I wasn't sure how Dexter was going to best him.
