Join us as we head to Clarence Pier in Southsea to experience all of the different rides on offer at this family amusement park! In this vlog we share on ride POV's from all of the major rides including the Tidal Wave and Mad Mouse roller coasters and the Canyon River log flume. We also experience the various fairground classics on offer at the park such as the Super Trooper, Twister, Waltzer and much more!

Ace video, thank you, nice park, I worked on it in the early 80's all the Premier inn/Golf area used to all be park too, so it was over twice as big. The remaining part ( where you were) was the "new" half in the old days, now its the whole thing. It features in the films Tommy and That'll be the day...In the late 70's it would still be busy after midnight, happy days. In my days we (staff) would go swimming off the pier at lunchtimes, different World methinks!!

I bought the old (Corbiere) ferris wheel from them in 2000 too and refurbished it. Was a fab park in those days. Really nice always to see it now too so thank you again! I always enjoy your vids.

That music trip ride is my favourite fun fair type ride, but yes i agreee when you skinny its like your never fully comfortable inside. Only one your safe in is the one at chessington for kids😂

I loved this place as a kid and went back a couple of years ago to get my nephew his first coaster credits. Great day that was. Hopefully getting back here next month. Tidal Wave is surprisingly aggressive in the back row btw, you really should give it a go.

Clarence Pier fun Park looks amazing especially for families even for the grown up big kids like us as we love all the different intensity rides, blimey the crazy mouse ride epic screech wowsers sounded like the mouse car had digestive problems lol it definitely needs some wd40, the screech was funny 😃😂

They have really improved this I have. Lived in Portsmouth for 17years the theme park used to be rubbish but now they have really spent on it and it’s really good now would live a bigger coaster their

Those nice views are of Gosport where I am from. Once for Adventure Shawn is the Submarine Museum (you can get a free water taxi as part of the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard Ticket) where you can go inside a WW2 submarine... Anyway, sad to see Skyways no longer there. I'm sure we used to have a slightly larger flume 10 years ago!

I actually saw you at Southsea :) was to scared to come up and say hello 👋🤦 lovely funfair I'm always there along with the hayling island funfair ☺️ there is a chip shop in the hayling island fair near the twister , they do lovely food! My grandfather lives in the block of flats near the fair so we go there every weekend 🦋

Maybe go to ocean beach again it’s close to me and they have updated the old boring ghost train to be longer and zombie themed. Then there is speed buzz which is brilliant! Its a spiny thing I don’t know what you’d call it but it goes upside and it’s really tall.

i went here on monday this week i dont know why but i was scared of super trooper its quite rare for southampton really aventully i went onj it and it was my favorite ride there probs my third fav flat ride ever now

Welcome to my home city, spent many of my young years at Clarence Pier and braved my first ever thrill rides there. Fair's changed a bit since the 80s and 90s.

I used to live there for 22 years, Shawn, I moved to Blackpool in 2016 @ 8:03 the wild mouse ride your on used to have a loop but I think they took it out a few years back but that ride has been their years

Cheers for uploading another fantastic vlog and adventure. Looked up this small park on Google Maps aswell have seen videos from Coaster Crazy aswell. Good selection of rides, agree 100% there should be a viewing point ride, thinking maybe something like Brighton 360 Viewing and Observation tower maybe? Be really good for that sort of area, ride and second viewing point for all? Could do with maybe a bigger log flume, but still a cute log flume at least. Nice selection of coasters, could of made a few puns in there with Super Trooper a.k.a Mamma Mia and Abba? But, yeah. Cheers again for this and now going to check out video recommended about pier a mile away now. :)

In my opinion blue water and this place are similar. Blue water has a man made beach and no sea, where you were has a beach and sea. The rides/ park bit are similar, although I’ve been to both places, and blue water seems to be better. (In my opinion I prefer blue water) xx love your vids and channel! X

I remember i went for my birthday in September with my friends and one of them lost all the tokens on music trip! that ride hurts....I've still got a bruise from when i got slammed into the side hahaha. Also after your Denmark trip where are you going to go next? futuroscope is a good little park in France if your going there any time soon!
