@@kohekade2961 Nah, Hammer noticeably reacted to both of those shots. At 4:03 she touched her face twice where she got hit, which is an indication it stung. The overhand right at 5:13 she immediately went into clenching. Replay at 6:43 confirms it.

Clarissa the first female boxer I’ve seen w this level IQ of the game. She controlled the entirety of the rounds and started landing big rights. Hammer was tough and was able to land some good jabs using her distance, but lost composure late in each round as the fight went on. Great display of skills and talent this night.

The referee was definitely directing too much body language towards Hammer throughout the whole fight. If you watch in round 10 the referee would quickly pace in Hammer's direction

I was glad when Shields coach instructed her to let her hands go. After seeing what Shields could do in her other matches, I knew she had more in her than she let in this fight with Hammer.

I like this ref. She is very excited about this fight. Steps in, separates the boxers as fast as she can then quickly steps back forcing/encouraging the action to continue. Only steps in when Hammer clinches up which is something Hammer did way too many times. Made herself look like either an amateur, or someone too afraid to get hit hard. I am going to go with the latter, because she only does the clinch when a flurry of punches comes her way which her face cannot counter. Her clinching is disgraceful and cowardly at best.

the commentator's bias for Hammer in the first few rounds was unbearable, he made it hard to enjoy this fight as a spectator. nonetheless, Shields demonstrated impressive technical prowess and pulled out the win

Shields has a solid defense and nice footwork,balanced with Speed and power,the only thing I can see her wanting to boost is the Impact of her Uppercut,but overall her Precision, Coordination,and endurance can lay the foundation for her To win,pretty decent Chin too with mad Heart.

Always love Claressa since that documentary that was out for years and in the Olympics representing young girls. She came from nowhere and couldn't even get endorsements even after winning a medal.
