This series is rare and extraordinary because Johnny and Clarissa, both upper class individuals devote large portions of the programe visiting everydày working class people who share their passion for country pursuits, just brilliant. They worked perfectly together. RIP Clarissa.

More than sad. Banned based on the ignorance of people never out in the countryside in their lives and no knowledge of what nature is. Much the same reason why alot of the world is not as it once was or should be.

they banned coursing now there are less hares about coursing is giveing the hare a chance shooting hares is just murder no hare can escape a bullit or a 12 bore

cobrasvenom1954 I live near Altcar and you rarely see a hare now. When coursing was allowed you’d regularly see fields with 3-4 at any one time. It wasn’t about the kill, anyone with a dog will always love the chase and rue a kill; but that’s evolution and survival of the fittest. Now, I see few hares usually shot or knocked down. Sad

Because of the barbaric harassment of base ignorant TV remote operators that live in high rise towers and other accommodation supplied free by local corporations. They are oblivious to nature and its ways and now coursing has been unfortunately stopped but maybe not forever. These ignoramuses meamwhile are now mainly found at legalise abortion rallies and any other free dinner events for the bewildered.

@@greenghost3797 the masses lined up for the vaccines being brain dead sheep who did not think to busy watching i am a celebrity .now myocardia blood clots bells palsy etc reign supreme .soon to be replaced by more immigrants from the third world.this is the result of losing touch with thier reality i have said to all of my realtives get a .d dimer test .it may just save thier life but not one listend to a 68 year old poacher who knows nothing .the great culling is happening right now but its human beings not animals.who are being culled.

lets build more houses ? in my area the traffic is very bad thousands of new houses on good fertile land .new roads dead badgers laying on the verges.the robots going to work traffic jam me shouting at the masses lets build more houses.yes you can abort children you can destroy thousands of acres of good land .but god forbid you canott course the hare.
