Defining what your dream life looks like specifically is important, and to add onto that, defining what it FEELS like is your operating system of how to get there! EMbodying the qualities of the Future YOU that is within that Dream life.

These past two years have taught me so much about timing and fate it’s practically absurd. Go from being 25 with a family with a great job to my mother passing moving to a different state and the mother of my child leaving and totally starting over from scratch at 26. All of those things had to happen to put me into a position to get to the life I wanted it was one hell of a long and heart breaking detour but it was obviously absolutely necessary.

Sorry to hear about your mom passing while u are still so young . I'm 41 , single mom of 2 . Looking back , the moments in my life that felt like I couldn't go on bc it was too heavy & too hard ... Are what's shaped me into who I am .One day , u wake up and realize that u have navigated your way out of that pain and heartache & kept going. I would never have the strength and wisdom that I have now, had it not been from the hardest parts of my life. KEEP GOING .. u owe it to yourself ❤blessings .

I feel you man.. the power of attraction not only brings the nicey nice things, but comes with the storm.. we see ourselves in certain positions in life, we move towards that and what we must understand is that allng the way, we’re going to have to give up certain parts of ourselves that will screw up the chances of being in the positions we want to be in. Its not easy, but we must try to remember to stick to the plan. Always.

Great pep talk! Too often the person standing in your way - is You. It’s much easier to stick to your comfort zone and what you know, coz with doing something different comes “the unknown” and too much perceived risk. Great reminder to break down that big goal into little steps and just take one step everyday to reaching that next goal - and the great thing about coaching is having someone in your corner to help give you that push and also to keep you going when things get hard. Nice one, Clark!

From the age of 12 I had wanted to be a singer… trouble was I was cripplingly shy. I got to age 36 and realised I didn’t want to get to 80 yrs and think “what if?”…. So I bit the bullet and had singing lessons for 2 months to see if I had a voice to work with (I didn’t trust my own judgement)… then after 2 months There was an advert in the local paper by a band looking for a singer…. Scary stuff but I went for the audition and got the job……. Which led to a 25 year singing career. My desire was strong enough (and time was ticking) to push through the practicing with nervous sweat dripping down my back….. in an empty room! I discovered I was very good at it. 😊 …. Here’s the kicker…. From gig one… I was never nervous…. Go figure!

I love your focus on identity shifts - I set a "becoming" goal every year, or a word/quality that I'm hoping to embody. That way, even if I end up unable to complete a specific habit, I can still make some sort of effort to embody that quality. This year it's "resilient" and last year it was "tidy"

Holy cow💩 Clark! This video gave me chills & tears bc the I feel like Justin. Something happened to me while pursuing a DJ career that put me in a bad place in my mind. I got burnt out and stopped making music & DJing. I own & operate a successful food truck, but deep down I want to accomplish my true goal of being a digital music artist. Your videos have helped me SO MUCH during those hard times. They opened the door to other great people like Dr. Joe Dispenza & Bruce Lipton, among many others. You are truly an inspiration, thank you man.

My 2.0 has changed many times since I was a teen. My current 2.0 goal is to become an author. I have started taking small steps toward that goal by enrolling in a writing class, writing a short story draft, and letting other people see it to provide feedback. Inwardly I feel I should be farther along, but I have never formatted any of my story notes for anyone to read before. So this is actually a huge step for me! 🎉

My issue to reaching my goals is I’ll do great toward achieving a fit body. I’ll be running 2-3 x/week, weight training 2-3x/week, eating clean, then hiking, biking, walking the days I’m not running. I’ll be getting fit and feeling great! Then comes my illness. I didn’t know why I felt sick, sore, and fatigued until a couple months ago when I was diagnosed, but apparently fibromyalgia kicks in. Everything falls apart. I try to get back on track but the migraines and pain can last a long time… it’s very frustrating. I do meditate daily despite feeling ill. I don’t even “overdo” it like I was advised not to while feeling good. I limit myself and prevent my “go hard or go home” instinct 😂

Something similar always happens me too... I get to a certain level of fitness then I get some silly injury or get sick... just last weekend I had like a migraine for 2 days plus my skin was sore to the touch & feeling drained... I refuse to give up though & I'm pretty sure it's a mental block or limiting belief deep down! I feel your pain man but keep working on it!🤘Steve

Looking at this I realized, we don't have just one goal, we have various different goals, and the problem is - sometimes (or most of the time) these are in conflict. Sometimes I feel thet we exist in this loops of setbacks and D tours... I personally have achieved many dreams and came to the point where Idk what I want that next version to be.

I recently got in a car accident about a month ago, and dam that has been one of the best things that’s happened in a while. It made me go back and rethink my path, I got really distracted with just making money that I just threw saving up for a business and practicing the technical skills that I need to have in order to get there right out the window, it’s like something just said, this isn’t going to work and just crumbled my life into a ball and threw it away and got a new sheet of paper to do it the right way

Wow. Feels like this video was made for me. Don't even touch my instrument anymore for same reasons said, fully believed my songs were "good enough" to start "something" never even got to play out once. Friends got married moved away. One left here, super talented keyboard player, more concerned with drugs, toxic relationships, I gave up, fell asleep, been working dead end 9-5 job for YEARS. That spark has been reignited, it's the "how" that stops people dead in their tracks 🛑

I agree with a lot of what you said, I like the ideas such as knowing where you're at as objectively as you can, dreaming, cuz that's a really important and accurate term I believe, and the detours and setbacks are well said too, the path forward changes. There's no such thing as certainty. To do things believing things will turn out well, 5 years down the road. Things might go well, but they certainly won't go the way you plan. The only thing you can be certain of is uncertainty, and regardless of that, how will you move forward? That kinda mindset moves you forward at a rate you wouldn't think was possible before.

This is absolutely the video for anyone who feels they are lost. I love the power of visualisation and then working backwards. This applies not just to your life. You can also use the same thing for planning almost anything. Ok, about life, I know if you believe it, it will happen. But, this is more true for some than others. You have to acknowledge the environment and circumstances and the role they play in your journey. Everyone’s story has a set of constraints that they have to overcome. But for some, they are harder to overcome. If you are a child born in a refugee camp vs someone from California, chances of one of them achieving their dreams is higher than other. It is not impossible.

I scotch tape on a smile everyday and I'll be honest I haven't truly been happy or felt that I'm no where near the best version of myself. Honestly where do I even start 😮‍💨

Great reminder to help with my new dreams (middle grade author-new book in a month! ), and feeling not so alone for lost old dreams. I still feel pain watching opera, as after getting a degree, I gave up on that dream due to chronic illness. I still sing professionally, but it’s not the same. Part of me would still give anything to have a career with my voice. But I can’t go after both. 😢 Peace.

I have experienced those detours as well. Last year was exactly that and caused by a relationship. So true. We must get back on course and say No to everything that causes us a detour and gets us off course. Thanks for sharing your brilliance!

This video made me subscribe. It also made me shed a tear. I didnt realize I have forgotten about what I truly wanted to do with my life after getting caught up with all my responsibilities day to day. Ill make that my focus this month, Recommitment, so I can start the year with better intention and therefore attract more happiness and abundance. With all my heart, thank you so much for the clarity!

I love the concept of recommitment. I have always thought of myself as someone with commitment issues. I know it sounds trivial but the concept of recommitment I think will help me a ton. Thank you

It’s not about the virtualization it’s more about the emotionalization. It’s like, I want a big career, but the imagination of no time for rest, family and and and makes me sad. I choose a good feeling life. I work less, I consume what I really need! What do I really need? The world is soo beautiful and cheap when you are happy and in love. I swear! Feeling good is the goal. Not possession what never belongs really to you.

I really enjoy how you put this into a proper perspective! Love it. Just what I needed to hear today too! Because I have been beating myself up for not focusing and following my plan, and allowing myself to get detoured by a friend. In which I suffered all the same situations.
