If you are not use to farming its a really easy misstake to make. Remeber the machinery sticks out 6-8 meter on each side. Even if you think you have large margin, that may not be the case.

Where I live they are usually quite chill about it. They typically dont charge the farmers for stuff like this Also the company have to pay the farmers land rent for the poles. Its not a huge amount, a few bucks per pole and year. But if you have a lot of them, it does become a decent amount.

@@20chocsaday The rent cost is based on estimated land value. They have a pretty wide rage around the pole that is rented, something like 5 meters. No farmer ever leave that much clearance. We usually gave it like a meter and a half.

I fell down on the ground laughing when my father forgot the poles and put the one way discs the wrong way headed at a pole. He never said there would be daze like this… lol 😂❤😂 sometimes, you just need to stop, unhitch, and get a chain to pull things back backwards. And with patience get your self free 😅. As an experienced farmer, I’ve pulled many things out of ditches… usually it’s a ditch. At least in Saskatchewan they outnumber roads two to one … odds are even.
