HI. For me it's my first clash domain. your video was very helpful. I have a doubt regarding the defense and attack of neighboring squares of opposing guilds. If I put, for example, 5 defense teams on my space, does the attacker have to defeat my 5 defenders + the "standard" defenders of the space or just my 5 defenders? However, if I try to attack an opponent's space on which they have placed defenders, do I only see the "standard" defenders in the list of defenders or do I also see the opposing teams placed?

For the defense bit, when you click on a grid, it will show you how many defenders are there already. Those are by default. Any team you send on the grid will add on to that. So if there are already 3 default teams adding another 5 will make a total of 8. The attacker will need to beat all 8 of them to capture the grid. As for your next question, you can only see how many of the default defenders are on a grid. You cannot see how many more defenders have been sent on that grid by enemy. Hope that helps. As far as I know you can get 1 from clash domain quest once you reach 240 points. You can get another 1 in your first ever battle in clash domain. For the second one, im not sure if it is a chance or guaranteed to get in the first ever battle.
