Feels weird that CoC removed the progress bar to/till max when u upgrade anything in the game!! Its very annoying not knowing how many levels are left to reach max for a troop or or or!! Its leading to bad resource management

I don't think "is it better?" is the right question to ask. Rather "what advantage does it create?", and you have to pick the right advantage to compliment your strategy or play style.

finally, a CoC content creator that isn't blindly hyping the frozen arrow without stating the caveat that comes with using it. IT IS ONLY REALLY GOOD IF YOU QUEEN WALK OR QUEEN CHARGE A LOT. In isolation, it is mid...Especially for what should be an Epic gear. Hopefully it gets buffed

Do you think it is good with a hero dive ? I am a TH 13 player , so i use AQ blimp , take out some major defenses , then use King , Queen , ice golem to take out a few compartments on the sides of the base . Then use Dragon+ Dragon riders to clear the rest of the base . I currently use Invis vile + Healer puppet and it keeps the queen alive till the end

I have no idea how you guys have the confidence to try out new strategies by attacking other players. I use goblin bases for that then when I get good at it, I attack other players 😅.

My go to attack is super archer Blimp, root riders e titans, and I send the queen with the root riders and e titans and the frozen arrow really helps slow down the defenses and allows the troops to stay alive a lot longer and just overall makes it easier up the middle

I'm a clasher who prefers farming and building villages, I don't really like war. I also work in a shop, so I often use spam troops like zapquake golem yeti witch, or lightning electro dragon and others, should I choose frozen arrow, to be honest I'm confused about choosing gear or skin, do you have any suggestions? Skin is cosmetic, arrow is functional. For me function over cosmetics but choice is yours at the end of the day.

Seems like you just started playing, better to buy the books. Cosmetics won't help u for now. Maybe exclusive items like gauntlet and frozen arrows will be available in the future

Is there a level cap for equipment based on your town hall? Like how if i want to upgrade my Archet queen beyond level 30, i have to upgrade my town hall. Is there one of those for equipment or can I have a level 27 frozen arrow at town hall 9?

Th9 only have level 9 common equipment , and level 12 epic equipment ,must upgrade black smith to upgrade more level

With how easy th15 right now just because of the warden, I'm not planning on unlocking the frozen arrow. I'll go for that 10 dollar skin😂. That arrow will come eventually in the trade shop

It will be at least 1 year until it's available again. That means for at least 1 year you are at a disadvantage of other players who have it. The frozen arrow is absolutely amazing and I have no clue why somebody wouldn't want it ASAP.

It can only slow down one defense at a time and most of the time in a queen walk, the danger comes from multiple defenses targeting.

Only weak players charge into an area that a queen charge can’t handle. Single target infernos and monolith are dangerous to queen charge. Come on.

Books always come every week.. and you dont need them to progress.. if you dont buy gems should get the equipment now since its free to get. otherwise you will need to spend gems to buy it in the future.

I am on the fence between the healer puppets or the frozen arrow. For my TH11 it is frozen arrow all the way since it doesn't get the healer puppets.

In my opinion, it's not that they don't want to take it, but they take the skin because one day it will be resold for real money, while epic equipment is resold for gems (rumors are like that).

Everyone compares frozen arrow with archers puppet but forget healer puppet exists. Although it serves a different purpose I think healer puppet is better in non queen charge armies where queen stays outside.

U cant combine healer and invis, And the invis is A MUST so the healer are useless. Only useful when combining it with giant arrow. But again, same dilemma.

The effect of slows just seems inferior for an epic equipment in my opinion. Maybe they should buff this equipment by adding more value such as penetrating attacks like a super archer, area damage which slows the area around the target like similar to the super dragon, or the attack which not only slows the target it hits, but also the target behind it

I use that and love it. My hope is a healer switch to root riders 3/4s way through attack. For QC my favorite combo. Mine are Lv 16 across the board

The giant gauntlet hasn't been available in the shop ever since the event ended. Buying the frozen arrow this event might be the last chance of getting it. Exclusive items like this might not be available in the future.

I have the frozen arrow maxed. It makes the queen stronger but more fragile. As long as you understand that, then it's good. Also, the first test doesn't play to the frozen arrow strengths. It plays to its weakness.

why are you attacking if all your resources are full? Isn't it better to spend your loot before attacking and if all your builders & lab are busy, isn't it just better to take a break from the game?

Yes giant guanlet will be must for me in every attack pair it with rage vial or vamstache and he is invincible and if frozen arrow has the same ability as recovering with every hit then i might consider getting and maxing it out like its not that op as giant guanlet

@theseus1021 frozen arrow is still op on certain situations but you are right the frozen arrow cant compete with the gaint gaunlet. nothing better than walking a king into a carpartment and watching him wipe it out in a few hits
