Sir why the enclosed seas in the high latitudes have lower temperature than the open seas??

Because as you know enclosed sea is influenced by surrounding continental area and at higher latitudes the continental area have low temperature so that the enclosed sea has also low temperature as compared to open seas which is less influenced by continental areas.
