This is definitely the direction I like to see new MBA grads heading. Giving instead of taking, sharing and caring. This young man is destined to make a real mark on our world.

"It reminded us that we didn't have to wait until we were rich or powerful, or until we actually knew finance, to make a difference. We could act right here right now." Amazing lines.

Spectacular speech by a man I was so fortunate to meet. With support and cheers to you, Casey, and the original MBAxA team, from Asheville and all of us at Highland. Congratulations!

Great speech! There are millions of bright and smart people like him. Current selective educational system ignores majority of them, though. Change the system and see the revolutionary movements in all aspects!

Casey, encouraged, re-energized and re-focused me with this! From South Oak Cliff to speaking at Harvard Business School, to opening for President Obama. You are a role model even to your own peers. Thank you. By the way, for those who think he is fake, this man is the truth.

Everyone's a critic. Everyone's a judge. But history reveals that those of us who steer our thoughts, actions and yes, comments on KZfaq - to higher ground and positivity - eventually lead greater lives -- of greater impact. Well done, sir.

Some of the comments below further demonstrates that armchair quarterbacks are every where. Good speech. More importantly a great plan to grow the entrepreneurial pie. If Casey had listened to some the same armchair quarterbacks below, he wouldn't have started MBAx. Good thing he's a doer not a talker!

I first discovered this guy on tedtalks. he speaks with sincerity about caring but like every American, he will soon be blinded by greed. I enjoy his speeches, reminds me of an early Obama. not because of his obvious skin color but his inspirational voice and smooth cadence. hopefully he will overlook those temptations.

Obviously a very talented young man. In time and with experience, perhaps a Congressman or Senator... but President is harder to predict because whoever occupies that office is a reflection of the times across the nation, not just a state. Right now, however, he's talking about a business career. And he will find his way as we all do. I wish him well. BTW, he has a great TED talk! We will hear more about this man in the future.

Great story, but there is no genuine emotion in him... it feels so rehearsed, so calculated. I see him trying to evoke Obama, trying to be a little Oprah, a bit of Maya Angelou... at the end, i feel conned. Be authentic.
