Hi Don, just came across your podcast on 59 North Sailing today and have enjoyed getting up to speed on your 580 project. It is a fantastic idea and I love that you are keeping spec and race realistic for non-professional sailors. Can you have a twin keel. I live where I have 7 metre tidal difference.

G'day Don. I've been building a Farrier F22 Trimaran for the last 8 years, and if I wasn't already over committed in terms of time and money, I think I'd be pretty keen on building a 5.80. I think it would be a much simpler, quicker and cheaper build than the F22. The beams alone are 10k US!!! Maybe one day after I finish the F22 and been on some adventures in it maybe I could build a 5.80. Will the plans still be available several years from now?
